Ingredients

This recipe uses ounces.

1 ounces Lemon Juice
2 ounces Peychaud's Bitters
1 ounces Simple Syrup
2 Strawberry
1 Orange
1 Grapefruit
1 Cucumber

Instructions

Cut three swaths of both orange and grapefruit peel and three slices of cucumber. Muddle bitters, lemon juice, simple syrup, peel swaths, stawberries and cucumber slices in a mixing glass. Let rest for two minutes. Shake with ice.

Strain into ice-filled Collins glass. Top with Sanbitter.
