Ingredients

- 0.75 ounces Vanilla Vodka
- 0.75 ounces Hazelnut Liqueur
- 0.25 ounces Cream
Instructions
Make the cocoa powder rim: dip the rim of the shot glasses into cream cheese icing and then dip into cocoa powder. Tap off any excess cocoa powder and set aside.
Add vodka, hazelnut liqueur, and cream to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
Pour into shot glass and garnish with whipped cream.
