Amaretto Sour

1.03 SD Straight | Old Fashioned Glass

Ingredients

This recipe uses ounces.

1.5 ounces Amaretto
0.5 ounces Bourbon
1 ounces Lemon Juice
1 teaspoons Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Egg White (optional)

Instructions

Add amaretto, bourbon, lemon juice, syrup, egg white, and bitters to a cocktail shaker. Shake without ice 15 seconds.

Add ice and shake another 30 seconds.

Strain into a glass. Garnish with cocktail cherry.
